My very first trip to Portugal in the early 1990s already sparked great enthusiasm in me. With each subsequent visit, my desire to live in this country grew stronger. In São Brás de Alportel, in the Barrocal region, between the coast and the mountainous landscape that shields the Algarve from cold temperatures to the north, Casa da Vila offers an oasis of peace and rest.
