The house

Casa da Vila is a 66 m² apartment set within a centuries-old property in the centre of São Brás de Alportel. The space blends local stone, timber and natural light, with two double bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, balconies and a 66 m² terrace.

The host

Arnold first came to Portugal in the early 1990s and stayed for the warmth of the people, the landscapes and the light. He hosts guests at Casa da Vila and shares the best of the region with them.

Between the Serra de São Brás and the Algarve coastline, the Barrocal offers a diversity of landscapes and experiences far from mass tourism — 25 minutes from the eastern beaches and 30 minutes from Faro Airport.
